概述
    HT1620是一款显示段数为128（32×4），存储器映射的多功能LCD驱动器。HT1620的软件配置特性使其适合于各种LCD的应用，包括LCD模块和显示子系统。主控器与HT1620通信只需要3到4条线。由于采用了电容型偏置电压充电泵，HT1620的操作电流非常的小。HT162X系列包括多款产品，适合不同的应用。

The HT1620 is a 128 pattern (32x4), memory mapping, and multi-function LCD driver. The S/W configuration feature of the HT1620 makes it suitable for multiple LCD applications including LCD modules and display subsystems. Only three or four lines are required for the interface between the host controller and the HT1620. The HT1620 consumes low operating current owing to adopting capacitor type bias charge pump. The HT162X series have many kinds of products that match various applications.
